Happy 80th Monthsary hubby~
80 sounds nice, like those 八十大寿. Lol.


Bought the horoscope books for both of us, this year their cover design is really funky. I bought them last year too. We like feng shui stuffs, it's very interesting. Well, it won't hurt to be a little "pantan" anyway. And since we're in the sales line, it's better to believe than not. =)

M'sia Trip

Our friend, Chung Wei, met an accident while he was racing in Malaysia. So today 5 of us made a trip to Pasir Gudang in Malaysia to visit him. We met at the Queen St bus terminal at 9+am, sat 3 long bus rides before we managed to reach his house, and it was already almost 2pm. Gosh.


He's fine, recovering his broken collarbone with a metal plate and screws inside his body. Anyway the weather there is really hot even though it's windy. After visiting and having lunch with him, we boarded a bus back to City Square. And guess what, the bus broke down. This is the first time I experienced a bus breaking down, but the timing came almost right, cause the motion sickness was driving me mad.

Oh and I finally managed to try Old Town White Coffee at City Square. I pretty much quite like it. =)

Even my Joey is in the mood for Chinese New Year. He gave up his favorite pig liver for the sake of the pineapple tarts! Naughty fella...so much for me specially buying those pig liver for him.

Little Chats

I enjoy chilling at cafeterias with the hubby. We can both sit there for hours, doing our own stuffs. I read my novel or crack my brain over sudoku, while he reads his newspapers. Once in a while, when something pops up in his mind, or if he comes across something interesting, he will share it with me enthusiastically. And we will just sit there, chatting, giggling over little things.


I like it this way. It's like momentarily, I don't have to bother about how the world around me is going on.

X'mas Gifts Exchange!

This is an outdated post for X'mas 2009. Lol~ See...I have tons of things to blog, but I tend to forget everything the very next day. Just like how I forgot to blog the 4th and final post of our ROM, and my 23rd birthday, our batam trip etc. Poor Von is always waiting for me to upload the photos. Lol. Apologies.


X'mas eve we had the longest DOTA session ever, from 10pm till 11am the next day. (Oh we had a 2-hour supper break in between) I almost fainted when I reached home, knocked out the minute I touched the bed. And woke up 3 hours later cause I had errands to do on X'mas day.



X'mas day we had dinner at Hotel Miramar's Ikoi (Japanese restaurant) with hubby's family. Food wasn't that fantastic, I still prefer Kuishin Bo. And night time we met up with our usual gang for X'mas gift exchange!



Before that, we dropped by Toy'R'Us and bought these two toys for the exchange. Daniel chose the Nerf gun, while yea...I chose that hilarious-looking remote controlled taxi. Daniel described my taxi as ONLY available in Sg and it's everywhere. So true.


I bet whoever gets my gift will burst out in total cold sweat.



And so we exchanged our gifts at Liang Court's mac, randomly picking a no. corresponding to each present...
Jian Ming got the umbrella, the 1st present bought by Von and Zm.



Bin Chuan got the erotic soundtrack, the 2nd present bought by Von and Zm. Oh and I told him to imitate the girl's expression on the Cd cover, he failed.



The 'inside' of the soundtrack...a Cd and 4 chocolate-flavored condoms. LOL. As you can see, the theme for their presents was 'Protection', and I guessed the umbrella correctly. The erotic soundtrack is really creative though. =)



Von received a night mask, the 1st present bought by Cw and Rach.



I received the eyeliner! 2nd present bought by Cw and Rach. Safe choice ya? I'm the best candidate too, since I use the most eyeliner, I think. Lol.



Cw got my taxi!! Everyone burst out laughing when they saw the taxi. And he went 'WTF' endlessly. Hahahahah~



Zm received our 2nd present, the NERF gun. Anyway his expressions went -_-" when he opened the gift. Lol.


Finally, Rach received Royce chocolates bought by Fc. It's like one of the best gifts available.


Oh, and Zm misfired his NERF gun accidentally. The bullet flew across half of mac. Everyone, including people sitting all around us, got quite a bad shock. Lol!


And lastly, this particular X'mas there were some miscommunication and some things happened. I'm glad everything has been resolved. I hope X'mas for 2010 will be a good one, and everyone in our gang will be able to attend. =)

Unexpected Visitor

Today, we had a little visitor who flapped its way into our house. Not by the windows, but through our main door.


I was putting on my makeup when I heard the sound of wings flapping.
Turned around, and saw this lil bald fellow standing at our door.
Then he walked to our shoe area, he looked pretty stunned throughout though.
At one point, I think I saw the bird sneezing when the wind blew. Lol.


Then he sat himself cozily on my hubby's slippers. Yea, my hubby realised the bird was sitting on his slipper and he came to complain to me. Sorry for my unglam thrown-around shoes.


And so, lil bald-head stayed at our door for a couple of hours...before suavely walking out our main door. Yes, he walked out. Weird bird. He left me a lot of gifts too, I had a hard time cleaning them up. Thanks bird.

6 Years 7 Months. =)

Happy 79th Monthsary to my Dearest~
Food tastes so much better with you around, lol!


We went to view the showflats at HDB Hub a couple of days ago.
With nice interior design, even HDB flats can look awesome.
Now every house has bomb shelter in it, a lil bit off but it can be a good storage room.
Anyway we stayed there pretty long, cause hubby spent a lot of time scrutinizing the various flat types and visualizing his ideal interior designs.


Me : I want a walk-in wardrobe (thinking of the heineken ad)
Dan : Sure. Use the bomb shelter.
Me : faint.


Hubby sleeping while grabbing the arse of my dumbo. Can't help it, our bed is flooded with my toys. =)
